Google launches Goggle

Google launched another landmark advancement in the search technology. They have made possible an nearly impossible task. Now we can search using images too.

If you are using smart phone and want to know more about anything around you, just take a picture of it and submit it as a query to Google. The application will identify the picture and returns the search results. It is a novel way of searching at google.

For some time Google is trying to present the billions searchers a different way of searching and it is the sweetest fruit of their efforts. Google had already introduced voice search but goggle is the smartest of all. This service is now available only in the android phone. Later they will enable this service for other smart phones also.

This Goggle or sight search will give Google an advancement in the war of search domination against Bing (Microsoft). Google is trying to capture the mobile search engine market like its existing domination over web search market.

The Google Goggles application now having a database of more than 1000000000 images and can recognize different category objects like landmark, logo, bar code, books, famous arts etc. The software of Google goggle is freely available for android mobiles. According to Google executives this product will mark the advancement of Google into the new era of searching.

In future Google can introduce face recognition technology also in Goggle but due to the issues on privacy, Google will launch it later after safeguarding all the issues. All the best for Goggle and we all are eager to wear Google’s goggles.
